You could make it so that the hiders have to reach a certain location unarmed, while the seekers (also in camo) have to find and eliminate them before they get there. That would give both sides a chance to work with/against stealth.

I use to do this with my friends back in California. We had so much fun. That was when I learned a new tactic to confuse your enemy during a night game. :D
