Sorry folks. Through lake of response from local players and discussions with others that has had this same battle. This fight, for now, is over. I really thought that support from local players would have been greater but apparently individuals are fine with traveling outside Johnson City to play. Someone out there who knows anyone on the board, please place in their ear that they are the ones hurting Johnson City and all the areas that airsoft would impact. I appreciate all those who did sign and support this cause. Hopefully one day the JC board will wake up and see how much hurt they are causeing the Tri-Cities area with their ruling. IT IS NOT WHAT THE PEOPLE WANT!!!

The local ordinance cleary violates federal law. 15 U.S.C. § 5001(g) (ii) clearly states that state, local laws, or ordinances cannot, “prohibit the sale (other than prohibiting the sale to minors) of traditional BB, paint ball, or pellet-firing air guns that expel a projectile through the force of air pressure.” If you have even been charged, fined, or had your property taken I would contact and attorney.
