Question about trainning day

Before everyone reads this I want to say that I have the utmost respect for GSF and their trainning days. However i was wondering that If i show up on Feb 4th will i get alot of trigger time? Or will it just be a learning day where i learn to run ,crawl snipe, etc. Guys im 29 and I dont want to show up if it is going to be like boot camp. With that being said i understand that this is a TRAINNING DAY. I dont want to be rude but can someone tell me what i will be expecting if i do show up on this date. Thanks so much

Jeremy,I suggest that you come out to open game days. Training Exercises is just how it sounds, Training Exercises. I am 46 and am having as much fun with my face in the mud training as i do playing airsoft!!! Then again thats me! Thanks for showing interest bro but i dont think you would like it too much. However I hope to see you out on the next open game day.
