Manzella SWAT-20 Gloves

Gloves. . .arguably an essential piece in any tactical kit. In Airsoft / MilSim, they serve the same functionality as in Real World - to improve overall grip and protect the hands from cuts, scrapes, and minor bumps and bruises normally encountered on the field of battle. Numerous companies have specialized gloves for tactical applications, including Oakley, Hatch, Mechanix, and Damascus.

Manzella has also entered the tactical application field, most notably in their SWAT glove series. Of these, one of the most unique is the SWAT-20. It features many details characteristic of good tactical gloves:

• Breathable
• Water resistant
• Stretch Nylon/Aniline
• Leather shell with added wrist protection
• Aniline leather palm
• Contour Molded Knuckle Panel
• Padded and articulated molded finger protection
• Reinforced palm with grip dots
• Adjustable wrist

The best part is the actual styling of the gloves - it looks like something from "Army of Darkness" or the forces of the "Dark Lord Sauron". The "Medieval" design gives added protection as the fingers are well covered and padded even in a gripping position due to overlapping joint "gauntlets."

My only complaint is that they only come in Black.

The Manzella SWAT-20 tactical gloves sell for approximately $60 and can be found online and in various retail locations.
